I told anyone who cared to listen few weeks ago that her 50.28s at the Indoors meant she was ready for the 49s once the outdoor started and of course lower with the continuous mentorship of Coach Dennis Shaver at the LSU.

Ella who also broke the LSU School Record has now become the first Nigerian female to break 50s over the 400m outdoors since 1999.
